Bookings

Workshop places are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once payment has been received.

Refunds

• If for any reason, a course is cancelled by the tutor or the studio, any workshop fees paid will be refunded in full (less the third party credit card processing cost)
• Participants may cancel and receive a 90% refund up 2 months prior to the workshop date.
• Participants may cancel and receive a 50% refund up to 1 month prior to the workshop date.
• At any stage, of a participant is unable to attend a workshop they may transfer their booking to another artist. If there is a waiting list for the course, the studio will attempt to fill the place, however, we cannot guarantee to find a replacement for a cancelled workshop booking.

Our tutors often travel internationally and have to make expensive travel arrangements well in advance which provides a rare opportunity to work with them, but we must therefore be able to provide them with some assurance of their booking levels well before they arrive.

Right of Admission

Vandy Massey Studio reserves the right of admission for any workshop.  Participants must be at least 18 years of age in order to participate in our workshops or receive parental consent if under 18 years of age.

Insurance and personal property

Participants must ensure that they are adequately insured for personal property and injury.   We can not be accepted for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property while attending one of our workshops.

Payment

Payments on our website are processed by Stripe and all transactions are completed on their secure website. We do not retain any credit cards details.

Workshop venue

Our workshops are held in external venues which have their own H&S and conduct rules. By signing up for one of our workshops you agree to abide by these rules when in the workshop venue.
